Not all mold inspections require the same testing techniques; we can select the correct test during our initial phone call. All testing and results are confidencial.
A cursory, visual non invasive inspectionwill be needed; we will discuss adequate testing that will best fit the property needs. While on site no test is performed without your approval. Testing can run you upwards of $5,000 and as low as $300.00 depending on your conditions and what needs testing. The following list is for general applications to get better figures call us on our 800 number.

- Limited – The problem is obvious, you know where it is and we test it.
- Screen – The problem is not obvious we test every room (aoc)
- Survey– The problem is not obvious and we do a combination of test throughout the entire dwelling (aoc and surface testing)
- ERMI , - The dwelling looks clean , but the tenants don’t feel well being there.
- Post Remediation Testing - Testing for both post cleaning and post remediation
This cursory inspection is $300.00 additional tests samples are $115.00 (AOC & surface).
Your results will typically return within 24 hours, CCI communicates via e-mail. All tests are for a fee, the cursory mold inspection covers;
- Evaluation of the conditions in the dwelling
- Report generating
- Photos for reporting
- Sampling Media
- Freight to laboratory
- Chain of custody reporting
- Transportation to and from Site
The results are based on analysis of the samples we collect on the date of the inspection. A mold inspection is a snap shot in time. CCI will make every effort to work with remediator to help insure that at the time of post remediation testing, CCI can issued a clean dwelling certificate.
CCI will include a remediation protocol in our report to help assist a remediator to do a thorough job. CCI will render a clean healthy dwelling certificate when confirmation of clean conditions when confirmed by testing. Discount are available at our website.
